These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SportCollectorAI (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
SportCollectorAI lets you photograph sports memorabilia and receive an AI-generated identification, condition assessment, and estimated resell value, and lets you track a personal collection on your device.
Item identification, quality scores, and value estimates are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for a professional appraisal, grading service, or authentication. Do not rely on these estimates for insurance, resale pricing, tax, or any other financial or legal purpose. We make no guarantee of accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on results shown in the App.
The App offers a free first scan. Continued use requires an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we do not have access to your payment details.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it to process content you do not have the right to submit.
The App, its design, and its underlying software are owned by the developer. Photos you submit remain yours; submitting them grants us only the temporary right to transmit them to our AI provider for the purpose of generating your requested analysis.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that identification/value results will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated estimates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
